Appearance test, AOI optical inspection mainly collects images through high-definition cameras, and compares the test images with qualified images in the database to detect product defects. ICT testing mainly tests the welding conditions of components, circuit continuity, voltage and current values, fluctuation curves, amplitude, noise, etc. FCT test involves burning the IC program on the PCBA board, then connecting the load, and testing the function of the PCBA board by simulating the input and output of the user during use. Aging test, conduct a long-term power-on test on the PCBA board, simulate user use, keep it working and observe whether any failure faults occur.
