Check the vacuum filter to ensure that the air duct inside the chip head is clean, so that a vacuum that can absorb components can be formed normally. Finally, the X and Y-axis guide rails and screw rods are cleaned and oiled. After the placement machine has been running for a period of time, the surfaces of the guide rails and screw rods will be contaminated with dust, the lubrication will decrease, and the precision and stability will decrease.
