Printing machine: Located at the front end of the SMT production line, after the steel mesh and PCB pad are aligned, the solder paste is printed to the corresponding position on the PCB through the movement of the scraper to prepare for SMT mounting.

SMT machine: Place the specified material on the specified position through pre-set conditions. This equipment is also the most technologically advanced, complex and expensive equipment in the SMT production line.

Reflow soldering machine: Also called reflow soldering, it provides a heated environment to reliably bond surface mount components and PCB pads together through solder paste alloy.

Testing equipment: Detect the assembly quality of the mounted PCB. Including AOI optical inspection, ICT online tester, X-ray inspection system, FT functional test, and inspection equipment such as magnifying glass and microscope.

Rework equipment: Rework the detected defective PCB products, using electric soldering irons, BGA rework stations, etc.
